Uh the reason people don’t want to indulge your military service is that they know that you’re terrible soldiers on all levels. Like an insulin-dependent diabetic you require daily medication, which makes you unfit to fight. If you get bottom surgery you will never again be fit to do anything except sit at a desk and most of the time y’all can’t even do that.
Arguably a female troon who just got her tits and uterus chopped might become a better soldier because she’d have less awkward boobery to carry around plus no periods, and the testosterone would help. The health problems would come after she’d already made herself more useful for years so from a pragmatic mission-oriented POV, which is 100% what the military should be considering at all times, it might be ok.
But all troons are insane whiners so that‘d probably negate the benefits.
