I didn't spend ANY of the Cyberfrog Bloodhoney money on myself, you exceptional individual. $8000 went to a lawyer, the rest of it went to taxes and paying for talent (Kyle Ritter and Somni) a charity and the enormous bills of printing trading cards, chromium covers, books and stickers.

I live like I do and always have. I made more money from DC Comics last year than I did when I actively worked for them, thanks to royalties, and YouTube pays all the household expenses.

I've YET to draw a paycheck from the Comics Business, because I was waiting to see how thing shook out after expenses. At this point, I'm spending that extra money on the hardcover ($48 per page to scan and create new files of old material, 328 pages) and commissioning and printing a giveaway Frog book, as well as getting the new CYBERFROG 2 chromium covers already printed and ready to go ahead of time.

We will continue to reinvest that money in CYBERFROG.

As for the coins, eh. They were meant to be giveaways with the trading card sets. It didn't work so well, but that's another company licensing Cyberfrog and paying me a stipend. It's not my own money.

At the end of the day CYBERFROG BLOODHONEY looks better than ANY other crowdfunded comic. And I want that achievement of $1M for the entire book. Just to be able to call him a million dollar frog!

All of the stuff is printed and ready to ship next week! You're going to hear a lot of happy customers. The ashcan is fantastic.

You made almost a million. 8k is a drop in the bucket paying Kyle a 10k bonus so I’m guessing his pay was lower then the 10k and the lettering guy I’m guessing made less then kyle. I seriously have no idea which one you refer as "that" because McKelvie is doing all inking very well while the Solo is lazy and comparatively unskilled. On the other hand colorong in Solo is better than what Wilson does with McKelvie, so yeah, which?

It honestly sounds like EVS is so desperate for content that's not the Last Jedi that he's scraping from the bottom of the barrel at this point, because that art is shit and he knows it. Joe Quesada's art (while it's a bit too blocky for my tastes) is pretty fucking good.

I said the cover reminded me of early Quesada. How that evolved in the minds of retards into "This Book is Better Than Quesada" is all just part of the sperg show that is anti-ComicsGate. In fact, I haven't read the book yet, but the art from that portion of the interiors that people are showing ISN'T HIS, from what I understand, but a different artist. Was there a short story in there as well? That wasn't Jeff.

I saw more Jeff Hicks art from the book, and it's competent/pretty good and damned appealing. But I'll save my final thoughts for when I've actually READ THE COMIC. Up until then, all I've got to go on are my first impressions.
