Autism has a genetic component and has higher rates in males. Who the fuck carries four sons to term knowing that? That's a huge risk being taken. The husband trooning out is the least of her problems when she's got four sons on the spectrum. She's already used to dealing with meltdowns, lack of impulse control, everything having to be focused on them, terrible social behavior, etc etc - four times over. Her ability to have her own life is basically ended and she was regulated to caretaker very early. Troon in the family? she's too dead inside to give a shit.
