That seems like the most likely outcome as unfortunate as it sounds considering what an exceptional judge Chupp is. The guy just wants to get rid of this case as soon as possible so he can go back to being the lazy fuck he is.

Which is a shame, because this will just make the KV stans have another circle jerk on Twitter to celebrate while this goes to the appeals court.

But you never know, maybe Chupp will subvert everyone's expectations tomorrow and basically say "fuck you" to lemon boy and the defendants. Something that'll cause the KV speds to lose their minds and chimp out on Twitter.

Not going to lie, she does actually look quite good there compared to how she normally looks. She has lost some weight, and what this really means is that all the mean things people have been saying about her appearance really got to her.
