The fact that his thread is still locked on this website leads my to believe he has sycophants here.

I know a guy who recently tried to get me into Owen Benjamin stuff. Yes, Benjamin's absolutely unhinged on his channel, but on the other hand, he's not funny. Not in an intentional comedian way or a laughingstock way. I find him grating to listen to even though the things he says should have me in stitches. And that means I won't put in the work of making content to get his thread unlocked.

Glad you brought him up, though. Others might find him more entertaining than irritating. I saved some comments and thoughts from when I tried to binge his videos.

It's frustrating because the content of Owen Benjamin's rants should be thoroughly entertaining. If Alex Jones was saying this stuff, I'd be enjoying myself, but, in Benjamin's own words:

There's a certain tone of their voice where it's like - unless you love them - it's similar to babies. Where it's like if you love your baby, the cry of a baby is okay, but if it's not your baby and you're just on a plane, it's the worst sound in the world.

If it's your mother, your wife, your daughter, your sister, a close friend, the sound of a woman's voice is fine. But if it's someone else's woman, and they're ranting and ranting and ranting about politics, I just - I can't shut it off fast enough.

I wouldn't mistake him for a shrill female or a camp queer, but there's something about his manner of speaking that's viscerally irritating to me.

But hey, just because he's not for me doesn't mean others will feel the same.

Well I just think if Vox Day has his own thread it's a no brainier that his bear minion should have one. I mean the guy has a documentary on his insane antics and another one that was in the works but his cultists got it shut down. And Owens rants are ruined by the fact everything negative he says he's actually saying about himself. He claims Nick Fuentes still breastfeeds from his mother because Owen was breastfed until he was 7 years old. He claims Nick Fuentes has a gay Jewish dad and a lesbian sister. Owens admitted to his father being a gay sex addict that owed money to male gigolos. Also I think Owen exhibits lolcow behavior with his constant bridge burning and ruining of friendships with other content creators online.

I think Yaniv is hard to beat. He went from a low-key KF lolcow, to a internationational kinda-known by general public LolCow.
Do we even have a cow that has managed to do the same?

Amber is good, but she been kinda dull this year for me. Nothing new, just more weight. Her face is scary.

Looking forward to see how the new Onision chapter is going to unfold now that Chris Hansen is drawing attention to him and Lainey.

Chris-Chan is probably the only other lolcow who's gotten semi-public recognition in recent years, but that's because he's been an internet urban legend for over a decade and he didn't get wider recognition until PewDiePie and Fredrik Knudsen started drawing attention to him.

Yaniv started out as a low-key lolcow on the Farms and within a year got their own subforum and became a lightning rod figure of the 2010's culture wars, one who is a lot harder to paint as an innocent victim than Brianna Wu or Zoe Quinn back in their prime.

As someone else mentioned up thread, he took a firm stand against cancel culture and after the full story came out, we found out that he's still kind of scummy, but nowhere near as bad as everyone thought when the story first broke.


If I had to figure out the big award-worthy lolcow events of 2019, here would be my choices.

Tommy Tooter has been complaining about The Farms for years. He has gotten boring so people aren't following him as much and he actually misses the attention.

My personal pet lolcows don't hold a candle to Yaniv or just about anyone else mentioned here. Boogie2988's been an excruciatingly slow burn; Maddox has been boring and out of the spotlight; and Jim Sterling just keeps chugging along.

ProJared's saga was amazing, with how the whole world just came down on him hard, and he managed to blast out of it and redeem himself with flying colors like a fucking phoenix. ProJared gets my Realizt Nigga of tha Year award.

Mumkey's fucking face in that video was probably the most awkward thing I saw all year from someone who I don't have personal contempt for (I don't follow him nor know anything about him) but congrats to him for finally having sex i guess

But, yeah, Yaniv is gonna sweep the awards, easily. Nobody else comes close. Can't wait to see that transtrender in cuffs.

JY hands down. I've never seen such lolcow transformation that went from sorta under the radar to being an international circus show. It was truly awe inspiring. I will admit though watching Weeb Wars as it kept evolving was rather fascinating to watch, especially when it used to be in community watch. Recently though WW has sorta lost its magic and I just skim it nowadays. I have high hopes however that the appeals will make the whole thing go nuclear.

I don't really follow Yaniv, but I would have to say just from what I've seen he would have to be it. His original thread is only a year old and yet he already has his own forum thanks to his antics.

Sargon is definitely up there too. Even if he has somewhat chilled out for the second half of the year, he still managed to run for political office and ruin an established political party during the first half of it.

Others would be Weeb Wars for the sheer amount of autism and cows it produced, the entire Fredrick Brennan and 8Chan saga, and of course ProJared. Because even though he did redeem himself, it was still entertaining to watch everything unfold throughout it.
