Regarding the Chuck situation, didn't Nick say that the defendants were asking witnesses to change their testimony?
Another way of phrasing that is "suborning perjury."

goes to show how much a positive image skews perception. Those smiles are genuine and they show me that these women are goodhearted people. This was taken from Mega's Min Con and posted by Elise Baughman on her Twitter handle. So much beauty in this photo.

I'd like to also add that both monica and jamie dont get close to what vic get's, maybe 1.2k at MOST but never anything more than that. It's almost like people like vic more than jamie or monicaRight?? But it's has always been like this. Every post I've seen of vic's have been around 5k , 1k, 2k, 12k, 10k, ( some post are around the hunders but those are usually the ones where he replays to a tweet). People love vic.
One isnt even trying... brown eyes and blond hair just looks sooo bad...Eh, look decent enough for their ages. Like Vic, you can tell they take care of themselves.
Ain’t it fun being in the pit?Ahhhhh it's like the days of yore.... when in my yester years you were not chosen gamergate... you were made it by the mob. #insert really dumb ye olde poem here
it was until someone peed in it. now its muddy and gross.Ain’t it fun being in the pit?

So I felt the Autism hit me hard today; so I removed some of the redaction from the PDF document.
I left the black lines around the boxes stand so you can easily tell what was redacted
Here ya go pages: 163-191

You think KV wants cons to be some sterile corporate thing?Since people feelings get hurt by Vic saying this (even though I totally believe he said this only when Nick started saying it) think it needs to be said. Yes, cons are technically for fans. They go to these places to dress up, to have fun, and meet their fav VA's. This is something that shouldn't be mocked or triggered by other people or by the douche's at ANN or especially from VA's who honestly need fans since they give them their hard earned money for autographs. These guys need to remember that Vic started as a fan going to these things (NERD). While yes the argument can be made that VA's go to cons to meet the fans who support them and love their work, but still they're are lucky to even have fans. Especially when their fans see how their fav VA's act online. I know my heart was bit broken last year seeing Sean Schemmel act like a pompous dick during the Kamehacon season and his actions here (since Goku is my fav character ever)
KV wants cons to become safe spaces, where women can wear anything they want, ugly men are forbidden from entering, and hot guys are forced to do their bidding. Cucks are allowed in wearing burkas and handcuffed to a strong independent wammyn. You think KV wants cons to be some sterile corporate thing?

True that's also a reason they wanted Vic out because he was gonna get a directorial role at FUNI and if he blew the whistle on them it would be game over. on a more personal note I think they also didn't like the fact that he is legitimately a nice guy and that make him more money than them and they don't understand and are PISSED that this business rewards nice people with more fans and thus more money, even fakers like Sabat can't fully understand it.You guys are wrong about one thing in regards to cons.
The wamin and their ass kissing dudes want cons to be free of people they feel aren't welcome. They still do all the same stupid shit they condemn others for. Sex, in some cases alcohol and drugs, pretending to be celebrities because they had 2000 people cram into a room for some panel they hosted or for some cosplay shit.
The truth is they don't want anyone to know what kind of depraved things they do except for the people they approve of. Consent is merely a lie they maintain in order to police their circle.
As cons have become more popular, so have egos. You want to know where the root of all this bullshit came from? The cosplayers and the organizers who were in it to get access to the people they idolize. They absolutely want to live out their fantasies and some people just aren't a part of them.
This isn't the case at all conventions, no. But the people on the con scene that scream bullshit but demand to be treated like gods? They're absolutely the most predatory of people.
I think that people need to understand that VA's provide us with entertainment and are performers so the rules of engagement is different. They are gonna have to sacrifice a bit of their personal life and freedom when they get famous as they say in public as be under scrutiny and can affect their job opportunities or even good will with the fans. It's not just talent that you need to be a VA but the ability to be open and respectful to fans especially the more famous they get because it's those very fans that support and without them they are nothing. They are in the industry to work for both themselves and the fans and that includes going to cons and meeting them. which requires a serviceable and approachable personality even if you have to wear a "mask" if they are introverts, people are still gonna like and respect that VA or actor as long as they are not a twofaced weebstein beneath said mask.
On the flipside fans shouldn't think that they can control VA's and have them change to fit their view, as fans we can criticise or be unhappy with someone's work but it doesn't give us the right to change it, we can either like it or not. And what we are seeing right now are not just the "fans" that demand someone be made into non-Cis WM or any drastic change of the narrative, but the VA's and creators as well that are injecting their politics into a story to suit their ideals. They don't care about the craft, but about the fame the craft brings and sadly to my chagrin many people tend to like poor material as long as it's flashy and arrogant VAs, creators and businessmen will gladly make more to tard cum them out of their money.
However, there are fiction and games with a strong political or philosophical theme in theme that are good but that's because it either flies under the rader and only the enlighten will understand at the time while normies just thing it's an interesting plot point or it's overt and presents us with an idea that we can either agree or disagree with. Look at MGS, especially the 2nd game and it's plot.
I think that a lot of VA's have been on a massive ego trip ever since they got famous and just didn't expect or could handle the fame they got and the lack of professionalism in a field that the MSM didn't bat an eyelid to until now has created the monsters that are on social media right now. Many of them don't understand that people that like their work sometimes want to get to know the VA's personally, and if they don't like them, fine at least respect their work that's what you like about them, separate the actor from the work. However given that VA's and actors are so ingrained with their politics and ideals that they infect their roles with it and they don't do their roles justice but instead damages a franchise, Just look at the actor for double-trouble in Shera or Star Wars fall for an example.
TL;DR: I am all up for cons and stuff being for the fans but at the same time I've not forgotten that the fans are not infallible and neither are VA's so instead of using entertainment as a propaganda piece, make it fun first and foremost and leave the ideals to the hardcore fans.
