Eh, you can get acne at any age, it's not exclusive to teens. It's just associated with them because that's when sex hormones kicking it in both sexes starts the oil glands going into overdrive. As long as you have adult sex hormones going around your system, you can have acne. It's common with anyone with PCOS right through to menopause in your fifties, for example, due to higher levels of testosterone than normal. Obesity fucks with a woman's hormone balance in her fertile years, as fat is a hormonally active tissue which which affects your oestrogen levels.

Right, hold up a moment...smallfats are allowed? How does one determine who is or is not allowed in? Who is “smallfat” and invited and who is just a skinny person with five extra pounds? Who gets to gatekeep this party, excluding and including people from the all-inclusive, no-judgment festivities purely by their body shape?
What about the bigger fats who may take offence to some smaller people being admitted, and may decide the doorman isn’t being choosy enough?
Because if a BODY POSITIVE, NO SHAME party ends up with a scale at the door, weighing people to see if they make the grade, I will laugh my fucking arse off and die of irony poisoning.

It’s pretty arrogant of them to expect every store to cater to a small minority. The average weight of an American female is like 170 lbs. Fat acceptance whales have convinced themselves they represent the silent fat majority but they don’t. Most obese people are only slightly obese.
Why is it always fat people? You don’t really hear very tall women complaining about their struggles to find decent clothing. Or very short men. They either shop at big&tall stores, learn to sew and alter off-the-rack clothes, or, if they can afford it, get clothes made to measure. And they can’t do anything about their bodies. Fat people can always lose weight. Yet it’s fat people who bitch and moan the loudest.
If you want pretty fashionable clothes, lose weight. Nobody’s gonna shear ten goats to make one 10X cashmere sweater for a hambeast who’s gonna stretch and deform it then put it back on the shelf because it’s too expensive.
