What if he subpoenas Null to try and get our identities and depose us for what we know, or find out which one of us is secretly Vic / Nick / Slatosch / etc? After all, Nick has mentioned this forum over and over again, and we have several confirmed VA / convention staff / friends of Vic here.

The problem is that the deposition wouldn't be to get that story. No questions would be asked that could possibly lead to Chris including it, and if Chris tried to include it anyway, it would be objected as nonresponsive and struck. Witnesses don't get to lead the deposition.
Ty could quash, and probably would, because it would be in his client's (Vic's) best interests to not have friendly parties exposed and/or subjected to harassment via Lemonfurher's abuse of the legal system. Remember, BHBH quashed the weird notice-of-intent-to-notice Nick Rekieta.

I’m pretty sure anything resembling that would stay privileged even if the plaintiffs lost appeals. Was LanDUI this much of a ratfucker? I wasn’t paying attention to the lolsuit much as it was it was happening.

I can understand lemongasp zealously defending rial et al with spurious analyses and outright fabrication, because he stands to earn a significant chunk of cash if he prevails, but I have never understood what's in it for these losers. Twitter clout doesn't pay the bills and I doubt they're making any money from this. Even doucette is only managing hundreds.

Even if this is granted Slatosch could just take the Fifth on everything because Lemwaaaaaaah has literally accused him of a crime. He doesn't even have to explain why because it's obvious on the face of Mosquito-Man's hysterical all caps screaming.
