The first document will just be a one page notice of appeal filed with the trial court.

If Ty waits until the last minute then he's doing autistic shit again. But we have to wait until Chupp makes the final ruling, then Vic can appeal.

He should file the notice before the 24th on the written ruling granting the TCPA motion regardless of what Chupp does.

I know, I know both Nick and Ty said that normally happens, I was saying it would be it would be better to file a little earlier, but errors do happen. besides, I don't think that Chupp gave Ty a chance to properly fix his mess and present the Affidavits of Huber and Dahlin.

I'm not saying Ty needs to file now, now, now. What I'm saying is Ty should not wait until the last minute again after the fuck-up he caused before. To repeat it is nothing but incredible stupidity.
It'd be like if I was trying to cut vegetables super fast for my home dinner and rather than slow down next time I try to cut even faster. I'd be retarded to do that.

You file early if, for whatever reason, you're in a rush to get to the trial and your opponent isn't and it would inconvenience them a lot more than you.

I like Ty and I'm thankful that he's been helping Vic, but he's lucky he's even getting a second chance. Obviously, you want your documents to be very presentable, but he cannot pull what he did before this time - even if it comes out uneven and a little sloppy, it's better to be punctual, especially now. He cannot screw this up!
