Slough (also necrotic tissue) is a non-viable fibrous yellow tissue(which may be pale,greenish in colouror have a washed out appearance)formed as a result of infection or damaged tissue in the wound. The presence of slough may indicate the wound is stuck in the inflammatory phase (chronic wounds) or the body is attempting to cleanthe wound bed in preparation for healing. Slough is usually a combination of leucocytes, bacteria, devitalised tissue or debris and usually has a moist, shiny stringy appearance or may be firmly attached to the wound bed.

Fucking hell, I keep clicking on these spoilers and yelping in distress, but this one takes the cake. Dude has three holes in his crotch. How the fuck is any ER doctor looking at that necrotic-ass triple stinkditch and going like "yah surgeon said its fine its probs fine." That the surgeon is a moron is a given, but I'd really really hope an ER doctor would at least give an antibiotic shot or put a wound dressing on that or something.This one might be equally bad:

This post deserves a horrific rating but also deserves the informative rating I gave it just slightly more. Under protest.
ETA:
Any competent ER doctor on earth will take one look at that thing and instantly defer to the original surgeon while absolutely refusing to touch it himself. It's painfully obvious to anyone (doctor or not) that it's going horribly wrong and nobody wants to assume any liability for messing with it. I don't blame anyone one bit for refusing.

IDK, have you ever been to a UU church? This sounds 100% par for the course.
In my younger, carefree liberal days I attended a super fun statewide UU youth session for people spanning several years on either side of the age of consent, all on the topic of sex education, with coeducational dark sleeping bag spaces as the only places to sleep.
No one got assaulted as far as I know, but what happened a lot is that 20something men got to talk about their kinks and sex lives with credulous teen girls and boys, and got to spread the gospel that whatever someone consents to is just fine. There was a huge amount of normalization of BDSM, including full-time BDSM relationships. Sex was literally described as a buffet...it's fine to take some of everything, and as much as you want. I think the youngest attendees were 14.

When I think of a Unitarian Universalist church I think of a Shadowrun book called "Universal Brotherhood". What you described sounded just like what the Insect Spirits after the people joined.
I'm shocked there wasn't talk of rampant drug use or some other barbiturates. Was everything on the table at these places?
Have I ever been to a UU church? Nope. It sounds like my cup of tea during my college days for certain.
Not really considering most folks on reddit are cloutchasing karma whores and any disention in rank is bound to get you downvoted to oblivion so only those with karma to spare can afford to say "That shit ain't right" like any normal sane human would. It's rather humorous that I consider Farmers "normal" vs. Reddit users...

Actually, most redditors told him his demogorgon "vagina" looked awful and he should run to the ER.

It breeds bacteria and stick things together. It makes wound cleaning difficult. Just a few page back a troon reported his friends, after a botched job by some Asian surgeon, getting lots of discharge that turns solid at the back of his cul de sac. It is likely slough too. In such a case surrounding tissue is likely to be chronically inflamed ( due to bacteria and enzymes from the necrotic tissue -- what the troon calls "fermentation") and friable, and fistula can form.
