About EFAP or the spat?
EFAP stands for "Every Frame a Pause" and is a podcast hosted by MauLer, the guy known for making overly long reviews of Star Wars, where he and a rotating group of regular guest youtubers mock and critique other people's videos. Jay Exci is one of the regular guests.
Exci used to review and mock Brooks' old content back when his channel was called "The Brooks Show" up until a point where he decided not to anymore and made a short two minute video explaining why he wasn't going to review any more of Brooks' stuff. This was a couple of years ago. While on a podcast recently debating PSA Stitch (who he is doesn't really matter) Brooks mentioned Exci and claimed that Exci had called for Brooks to be deplatformed from youtube, even though
Exci specifically said the exact opposite in the video.
Brooks did this because PSA Stitch was also on EFAP so Brooks tried to play a guilt by association game, asking if Stitch believes in freedom of speech because he was on the same podcast as Exci, even though Stitch and Exci were never on the show together and even if they were, Exci didn't say what Brooks accused him of saying.
So Exci made a video calling all of this out, Brooks replied by making fun of Exci's teeth on Twitter, and other people responded by bombarding Brooks with messages calling him fat and comparing him to the talking hamsters from G-Force.

The funniest thing to come out of all of this is that Exci started a petition calling for No Bullshit to change his channel profile picture to a G-Force hamster that currently has nearly 2,000 signatures.
