Physical danger is only one part of it though. There have been troons who post pictures of themselves jacking off in the ladies' restroom. I don't really want to have to hear some dude moaning in a stall next to me because just the idea of being in there turns him on. There are lots of issues with letting troons in a ladies' bathroom.

This particular thread did not show up during my previous searches. It only showed up when I did a very specific targeted search. Isn't that interesting.

This thread is a riot from start to finish and deserves to be read in its entirety ("Show us on the non-gender specific doll where the mean words hurt you."). Predictably /u/Bardfinn himself eventually shows up to tell /r/Drama that he won't respond to them, but then proceeds to engage them anyway. I cannot believe how many enemies this guy must've already made on Reddit long before I ever got wind of him.

The impetus for this thread on /r/Drama was the following comment from /u/Bardfinn in /r/annoucements, where he demanded that Reddit enable him to block massive numbers of users pre-emptively and without letting them know they were banned or giving them the right to appeal, as is currently the case on Reddit (ie, Penny wants to turn Reddit into Twitter):

Now that we know for a fact by his own public admission that he is using the Reddit API to cyberstalk individual users, y'all know what to do. (And before Bardfinn claims that's a dogwhistle, let me specify what Next time you're corned/intimidated/blacklisted/smeared by /u/Bardfinn over your browsing habits or how you moderate your own subs or who you talk to on Reddit, contact this guy who's responsible for the Reddit API and demand that /u/Bardfinn be banned from accessing the API since he's using it to automate his cyberstalking of individual Reddit users and moderators. But no, /u/Bardfinn want to industrialize and automate the cyberstalking. I am pretty sure Reddit was never intended as Penny Oaken's personal data-mining surveillance grid like he's the self-appointed SJW-NSA:

You are not using the API for legit "research" like actual scientists and academics at a university or an actual digital research lab are doing, you are using it for your personal vendettas against your perceived enemies on Reddit. The only studies that have shown this at all are only looking at gay men (HSTS). And they show results similar to non-trans-identified gay men which are still not the same as female average results. So, surprise, gay people are gay and it shows up somewhere in their brains. This is now supposed to be evidence men can become women because science.

It's flat-earther levels of logical leaps. That's what you have to take in order to adopt this belief system. You have to take a minor difference in neurology and say "well, that difference must not be due to sexuality or a mental illness, it's evidence for the gendered self that can be at odds with your body and hormonal makeup!"

What I personally find the most annoying in the bathroom conversation is when the transactivists say “we want everyone feel save so inclusion/gender neutral bathrooms are must”. They have absolutely no answer, often not even a comment to “what about people who don’t feel comfortable in gender neutral bathrooms” or “what about women who don’t feel safe with males in female spaces”. They can’t really say those people need to get over themselves because then the same can be very easily turned back to them and trannies. It’s almost like they don’t think their arguments trough and just like what sounds noble.

They're living in their own delusion, they do think their arguments through but in the sense of 'I'm right and here's why' because they never consider other people. I personally love when they tout the whole 'gender neutral bathrooms exist in your own home!' like this is somehow makes everything 'right'. Like a shared bathroom at home still has a lock and your family and friends who'd you be fine sharing said bathroom with are people you tend to trust, not strangers.

It's bullshit and self-fellating the whole way down.
