Absent a written order, no decision on any of the causes is registered with the Clerk of the Court.
Last time I checked, no orders have been filed.

The fact Marchi was called to mediation means that either Chupp is going to backpedal on dismising the causes against Marchi and he wants them to mediate to avoid looking like a fool for jumping the gun or I have no idea. With the first case being the most likely.
Edit, also maybe Chupp is telling the Defendants, after consideration I was wrong and I am going to deny TCPA for everyone, so fix it in mediation so I don't have to look bad and you don't have to lose money on appeals.

I'm pretty sure it is.
What the judge might say during a hearing is not actually a ruling as long as it's not written on paper.
I don't think judge often change their mind about what they say in the courtroom, but that's still a possibility.

It's an interesting question. Generally, the time to appeal ticks from an adverse ruling. Usually, this is effective on the date of a written order making it so. However, what if the judge makes it from the bench and either never issues a written ruling or issues it later? If the judge didn't issue an order by the 30th day now, would it count as missing the deadline and denying it by default as to all causes of action?
Or has he already dismissed it? He said he dismissed it. He has the power to do that. Does the 20 days appeal deadline start ticking from that date, or as assumed, on the issuance of the final order before the 30th day?

Sounds like he's a little concerned. You okay Greg? Do we need to do a welfare check? Is he tangled in his CPAP again?
T Greg, Vic has nothing to loose in a mediation, what are you trying to say here ? That Chupp is offering Vic a chance to loose money on his own will rather than throught the TCPA ? That Chupp thinks the defendant are going to agree to pay less... for no reason ? Are you telling us that you think that Vic, who, acording to you, has absolutly nothing to offer to the defendants, have yet a ground to negociate during mediation ? Oh yes, sorry, I forgot, he can disavow weebs... wait, are you saying that Moronica, Jamie, and Funimation are willing to sacrifice money for... weebs disavowment ? That sure is a weird stance...
