Yeah if Jack has lost any weight it has been from muscle atrophy. Since muscle weighs more than fat it can trick a simpleton like Jack into thinking he is losing the kind of weight he needs to be losing. Assuming it is even true that the scale is dropping at all. Like he can even afford nice and slow at his age with his health conditions. Like he said the other day though what point is there living if he can't eat like shit. He would rather eat ribs than one day see his grandchildren.

I made Aunt Myrna's Party Cheese Salad for a pot luck at work. It gave off toxic fumes while making it but sadly the finished product wasn't as rancid as I hoped and was minimally edible. Very disappointed.

Surprisingly enough, Jack fucks this recipie up by not including ingredients, specifically mayo. I can understand the sugar part (since kinda Keto is his bullshit excuse), and vinegar isn't everyone's bag. Was Jack trying to avoid becoming a meme by omitting mayonnaise?
Jack also fucks up basic gardening by thinking certain vegetables dont have seeds. For the record, "seedless" vegetables and fruits still have seeds, it's just they are soft enough and/or translucent so as to not be noticed while eating.

That's not a salad that I recognize. I've made cucumber salad before with Mayo or Miracle Whip and vinegar. His version looks horrendous and should be a veggie/chip dip. Him using onion and garlic powder is a food crime as you are supposed to use fresh.
Yup, he did mess up the recipe. Basically, he threw garlic and onion sour cream dip onto the cucumbers and coated them. If you like garlic and onion sour cream dip you should like this. He needed to use the full recipe and use fresh ingredients.

Jack’s idea of a lazy man food is literally nothing but either whipped cream, sour cream, layers of cheese, salsa or any sort of mixture of condiments and all of that complimented with a tiddlywinks worth of actual edible food.

My favorite part of this is that he talks about how this is a perfect cold salad, then immediately says that we are gonna try it out and tell you how it is. He has no idea how it is but it's gonna be perfect.

I felt the same. The way he moves the dead arm is unsettling. You can even hear the effort he is making. He just keeps getting worse.
