The only flaw I can see is lemonine(I cant spell his name) would have potentially spilled those beans, unless he is also worried about an outcome changing as a result.

edit: what if this is the first attempt to a settlement talk? Jamie is going off the deep end with all her blabbering and it makes me wonder if monica told her she is gonna attempt to settle, and now she is going on about taking responsibility and all this bullshit.

Hmmm? If it is a settlement, it might not be MoRonica? It might be Funi. It would make more sense to be Funi. It just seems weird that that would be "happening tomorrow" and that Nick would both have a source on that, or would even discuss it. Because him saying or even hinting anything could fuck things up.

Settling a lawsuit is hardly something that never happened before.

Funi could fit the criteria. The source could pretty much be ty. If it is happening tomorrow, he will probably discuss it if it does happen, otherwise he will probably say that it is being delayed currently or something along those lines if an agreement is not reached. He did say it could also mean nothing too.

Right now is the cheapest time for the defendants(either of em) to settle since chupp seems to be a wild ball for everyone in the case, so it could potentially be that.

I have a feeling that is a fake Terez27. But Fuck if I know they mentioned something about overdosing on something earlier and came to Nick's stream to unwind or something? I dunno. I just prefer to pretend Terez doesn't exist.
