Going maybe off topic here, but the strongman in the picture is Eugen Sandow, aka the father of modern budybulidng. A big healthnut and one of the most imporant people in modern fitness. Remember, there was no ADA, no mobility scooters, no fat pride- like autistics in centuries past, the facts on the ground forced them to gain basic functionality if nothing else. Hell, that fat guy looks significantly healthier than Bob, probably because his arms and legs are somewhat proportional to his torso, while Bob resembles an anthropomorphic tick.
