I don't remember off-hand, but I don't recall anyone else being mentioned as being present. Of course it would hardly be the first time that new and previously undisclosed details emerge well after the fact. Just try and name a more iconic duo than KickVic and changing stories.
Given the other idiocy that this guy has been spouting (e.g. Ron Toye doing a good job at his deposition), I wouldn't be surprised if it's something he heard third hand from someone else who's making shit up and because it fits his preconceptions he didn't bother to stop and question it, just like Greg ran with the idiotic take about Vic licking a 16 year-old's face.
The funniest part is that Low T assumes that the judges would be biased in his favor. It's likely that any judge that deals with him regularly would recuse themselves, but if I had to put up with that dipshit and his idiocy on a regular basis and he appeared as a defendant in my court I'd give him the death penalty. Well really I'd just award the plaintiff his CPAP machine in lieu of monetary damages since his broke ass doesn't have any money, but that's the same thing really.
