Yes, that is the clip Memology showcased, however, in that video he wrote that the hair pulling incident happened in 2007, which was incorrect.

They might have gotten it mixed up with one of the accounts from the other lying harlots. Monica accused him of doing it on multiple occasions starting in the early 2000s. I don't believe that 2007 was ever mentioned specifically, but I could be wrong and I don't have a full text transcript of her deposition.

From her affidavit in her own TCPA (pp. 20 - 21 of Marchi TCPA motion) she claims the date is around 2011. The earliest account of this from her tweet only states "some years ago". I don't know if she's claimed that it happened on other or multiple occasions like Monica has.

Thotmore also said that it happened to her, but I don't know what the date for this is. It's attached as an exhibit (pp. 279 - 280 of Rial and Toye's TCPA motion) but it does include a link to a facebook post (link) which has been backed up (archive). She claims it happened around 10 years ago, but she's talking about multiple different events and there's no clear indication of how much time would have passed between some of them.

The only incident I can find (I might be missing some though) that's specific to 2007 is from the affidavit of Whitney Falba (p. 331 of Rial and Toye's TCPA motion) who mentioned witnessing Vic grab a woman's hair.

The shear volume of all of this bullshit makes it impossible to keep straight, especially considering that some of the stories seem to change a good deal each time they're told. My guess is that they just got some of the dates mixed up.

What's amazing is how they change even from affidavit to affidavit, and not even in minor ways. It's like the whole crew of Lemon Hitler on don't even read this shit. It's hard to know how to explain this level of ineptitude. Are they not being paid? Why is this continuing?
