Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Man...can you imagine if Trump decides to add going after all child predators to his 2020 campaign and then linking all of them to the Democratic party? God, some of you think the Left won't be as apoplectic as they were in 2016, but if he did that and he won, I guarantee you they will lose their goddamn minds.

He already has the saying “Fourth of July bad! Flag bad! America bad!”

He can probably get them to say “Normal sex bad!”

More dystopian clownworld shit. The faster Obama's """"""legacy""""""" is erased the better
Pre Edit: A sane federal appeals court has told this Judge to fuck himself and issued a stay in the turning over of records pending outcome of the appeal.

tl;dr: Obama appointed judge denies Whitehouse objection to Congress' subpoena for Trump's financial records, requires acounting firm to turn over the records immediately despite the fact the case is being appealed and said Judge admitting the congressional democrats plan to leak those records as soon they have them.

Barack Obama-appointed judge Amit P. Mehta's 41-page opinion began by comparing President Trump's concerns about congressional overreach to those of President James Buchanan, asserting that Trump "has taken up the fight of his predecessor."

And Mehta acknowledged a high likelihood that any documents obtained by House Democrats would quickly leak, and become partisan political fodder.

"[T]he court is not naïve to reality," Mehta wrote, admitting there "is a chance that some records obtained from Mazars will become public soon after they are produced."

[ ... ]

Mehta said he would not stay his ruling pending appeal, despite the risk of permanently compromising Trump's private financial information, in part because of the public's strong interest in Democrats obtaining the records. That means the subpoena will take effect within 7 days unless it is stayed by another court on appeal.

Translation: Fuck your right to privacy, I'm ensuring this fishing expedition for pre-election dirt on Orange Man (bad) goes as quickly as possible. Who cares that they pretty much plan to leak this shit as soon as their hands on it. Obama's legacy, such as myself, needs protecting and enshrinement. ORANGE MAN BAD.

The judge continued: “It is simply not fathomable that a Constitution that grants Congress the power to remove a President for reasons including criminal behavior would deny Congress the power to investigate him for unlawful conduct—past or present—even without formally opening an impeachment inquiry."

Translation: I know congress hasn't actually officially charged, or started the process to charge, the President with anything, but we need to enable to their ability to look for potentially unrelated information so they can leak it to the media. The fact some members have stated this as their goal doesn't mean we should stop it from happening. It could be related, and they are Democrats trying to dig up dirt on a Republican, so that's good enough for me.

I am in favor of Congress being able to conduct investigations into presidents, but they should have to have some level of justification. FFS, Kenneth Star fucking went too far in the 90s, and Slick Willy had committed actual crimes. Hell, I'm actually in favor of all federal candidates being required to release 10 years of tax records to run in primaries, as well as full open books on all federal campaigns and PACs - that'll never happen because the people in charge are people who would have all their slick accounting games exposed.

But this is an obvious fishing expedition for political dirt and should not be allowed. Fuck activist & politically motivated judges.

I am a firm believer that to the DNC and RNC of 2016, the average minority is nothing more than a vote or virtue signal. They could care less about me. Only difference is that one side is "better" at it than another.

That's true for EVERYBODY, not just minorities. Dunbar's number makes it impossible for them to care about you.

I don't want the government to care about me specifically. I absolutely loathe pandering. Expecting the government to care about you is why so many people in the Democratic party are completely non self-reliant and dependent on government.

Between two parties that do an equal amount for you, I much prefer the one that doesn't claim to look out for you than the one that does.

Repeat after Jonah Goldberg:

"Government cannot love you."

I've been meaning to point this out. Given how long prosecutions take, do you know when this is going to be kicking into high gear? Oh... about 14 months from now. ;)

It won't matter because another court higher than him will tell him to drink bleach and KYS like what happened any time one of these nuclear tards tried this BS. Then Cocaine Mitch will force this guy to retire like all his other friends for being dead wood who only did this to look good for a future run.

The tax returns thing is kind of like the Obama birth certificate fiasco. Both men are holding this shiny object, watching the window-lickers jump up and try to grab it, even though they simply don’t have the right to know every detail of a person’s life.

I don’t need to know President Trump’s glove size. I don’t need to know his bathroom habits. I don’t need to know if he prefers coke or Pepsi.

And, what is more, anything that can be tried on the president? You bet it can be tried on you, as well.

You forget the funniest part; both Obama and Trump have released said shiny, and in both cases people REEE'd when it didn't confirm the lunacy-riddled bias in their brains and they are trying again after deluding themselves into thinking it's fake or double-thinking the product away, proving they need more punches to the face or time in an asylum.

The biggest difference is that unlike the Birth Certificate, this idiocy is being espoused by the mainstream thus making the DNC look like the dumbdest fucks in the history of dumbeding. At least it was mostly loons and boomers who bought the birth certificate autism (hilariously started by Hillary since most of these conspiracies seem to be her bitching about losing). The DNC has pissed away any ability to pretend that they're any smarter than the Moo-Cow Howdy y'all GOP strawmen they love to pretend is the norm.

Why no, I was not aware.

Also Facebook is more retаrded than usual today.

What was somebody saying a few pages back about lack of a sense of humor?

Yes a liberal page and it’s zombie users thought this was real.

Amit P. Mehta is the same faggot who ruled earlier this month that requiring pharmaceutical companies to disclose list prices in advertising was unconstitutional, incidentally.

Is anyone else getting really fucking tired of this "rule by appointed federal judges in Timbuck-fucking-tu" thing we've got going on? I mean, I realize it's usually places like New York or San Francisco, and not Bumfuck Idaho, but the basic point stands that right now all it takes is any of countless judges all across the country to decide to fuck with things, and, well, things be fucked with.

I can't put my finger on any law it's exactly breaking, but this doesn't seem to be how things are supposed to work - because as it is, it makes the federal government essentially nonfunctional.

Have some shit that didn't happen:

#IStandWithErica trends after Georgia Democratic lawmaker says she was told to 'go back where you came from'

The hashtag #IStandWithErica trended on Twitter on Saturday after a black Georgia state lawmaker said she was told to “go back where you came from” as she shopped at a grocery store.
State Rep. Erica Thomas (D), minority vice chairwoman in the Georgia state House, tweeted Friday that she was “verbally assaulted” at the supermarket by a white man who told her she was “a lazy SOB” because she had more than the maximum items to enter an express lane.
Thomas recounted the exchange in a Facebook Live video that has since been reposted to Twitter.
"I’m at the grocery store, and I’m in the aisle that says '10 items or less.' Yes, I have 15 items, but I’m nine months pregnant, and I can’t stand up for long," Thomas says in the video through tears. "And this white man comes up to me and says, 'You lazy son of a bitch.'"
"He says, 'You lazy son of a bitch. You need to go back where you came from,'" Thomas continues, adding that she tried to explain that she was pregnant and not lazy. "It hurt me so bad. ... I couldn't get anything out. I could just tell him, 'Please leave me alone.'"
Hundreds used the hashtag to show support for Thomas, including actress Patricia Arquette, who tweeted Saturday that the video was “MANDATORY VIEWING” and added that “WE WILL NOT ALLOW THIS CANCER TO GROW.”
The now-viral video comes less than a week after President Trump attacked a group of minority progressive congresswomen — Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), Ayanna Pressley (Mass.) and Rashida Tlaib (Mich.) — tweeting Sunday that they should “go back” to their home countries despite the fact that all four are U.S. citizens and only Omar was born outside the U.S.
At a campaign rally in North Carolina on Wednesday, supporters erupted into “send her back” chants targeting Omar after Trump attacked the freshman congresswoman, who came to the U.S. as a Somali refugee when she was a child.

Minorities are just pawns to the powerful and they should be pissed off about that fact.

But they still voted for Obama two times.

This is the Black Version of that thing white people do when they call all congressmen crooks who should be drummed out of office, but then vote their own guy in over and over because "he's one of the good ones".

Wasn’t there some study a few years back (back during the Obama years iirc) that show most people have a low opinion of congress as a whole (because no shit) but a decent to high opinion of their own reps?
