They'll probably try to exclude it as being more prejudicial than probative, as it is a rather inflammatory line of questioning. At least the specific "Are you a pedophile" part of it.

In general, though, he can't admit that he'd do what anyone else would do if accused of such a thing, and react angrily and if it actually harmed him, sue over it, exactly as Vic Mignogna did.

I'm glad you brought up the previous post because i missed it. Regarding some body language; i keep projecting myself into
the position of a 1st timer being deposed and knowing I would probably be meek, twitchy and not sure what to do. But that's not Ron's circumstances, he's been through a deposition before regarding apartment black mold....
