Probably not as badly as Shane wants to be sued to become relevant but yeah she kinda does. She's already saying she's being sued and needs legal advice and has falsely collected a few thousand dollars on the back of that. If she did end up in the lawsuit she could at least claim she wasn't lying from the start and justify the money she scammed and used on herself.
She's just a greedy sponge who wants free money so is trying to keep herself as relevant as possible.
