I can understand bi!Shang and Tulio/Miguel/Chel was one of my first OT3's, but I HATE anything similar to trans!Mulan. She was a tomboyish cis girl who did NOT dress as a guy because of gender and sexuality issues, she did it to protect her beloved dad. Heck, her best moment in the movie took place when she was dressed as a woman! And iirc she did kinda like the girly makeover from the beginning, it's just that the matchmaker was a total bitch and that made Mulan way too nervous to "perform" as well as she needed to.

Also LOL at the "even if it makes cishets mad". Many cishets share these headcanons, you dumbasses! Plus that yet again makes LGBT fans look like snooty pricks who want allies to be their slaves, not their supporters.

apparently these are characters from a game called "Boyfriend To Death". I've never heard of it either but it sounds like yaoi shit.

I don't see much problem with these. Yeah they have a case of Tumblr nose and the lines aren't as stabilized as they should be, but I think the vibrancy of the colors and the way they draw hair and minor details balances it out until they improve. This is less SJW art, and more an amateur artist figuring shit out. Give us some real trash.

I both agree and disagree. It does look like an amateur, but at the same time I don’t think that it’s got many redeeming qualities. The faces are really ugly with how they look bruised thanks to the colors. It probably is SJW judging by how the one with the ponytail has stubble and a man’s jaw but a woman’s haircut.

I’d say the top right one almost reminds me of how Hotline Miami characters are always ugly, but it’s done in a tumblr way that I can’t get behind.

I think it was mentioned either earlier in this thread or in another one, but trans!Mulan is super disrespectful to her story. It takes her heroic actions and family honor and makes a crossdressing fetish out of them. Fucking shameful. And like you said, she defeats Shan Yu with a simple lady's fan while dressed in women's clothes. It's badass because she used her wits and didn't have to act like a male soldier to win! Pay the fuck attention, tumblr!
