I want to believe that the Angina Pectoris-Saga is starting as much as the next guy but if Aspirin and Tylenol is all they put him on, it's more likely to be just muscle (even if they're barely existant) related.
Of course, that's working under the assumption that this isn't just Chris-brand bullshit and he just named those two things because they're the only meds he knows.

Why is he taking Tylenol with a heart attack? Tylenol can increase the risk of heart issues as it is, especially when mixed with aspirin in general.
