Monica and Ron are getting deposed the [edit: day after] vic. Marchi would have to be real choosy on the date of filing to time her motion hearing minutes before Team MoRon have to get moving. If the goal is to get vic deposed and prevent everyone else for a time it would hard since motions wont be heard the same day.

And its better for marchi to let the other 2 dipshits get deposed first so she can gauge how fucked she'll be based on their answers. I seriously doubt they're even telling each other the truth now.

Marchi or Funi filing a TCPA would not prevent Monica and Ron's depositions from happening. It would only stay the discovery relating to them.
