💼 Careercow Jamie Lynn Marchi / Jamie Perez / marchimark / She Devil - Wants Vic's head and balls, but not his papers; Cucked by a Chicken Sandwich

Don't tell me you're gonna do "Kiddy Grade" and "Super tard cum Chan" dirty like that!

Hilary Haag was Milk-chan, though, I don't remember who Monica was in that one if she was indeed in it. (Haven't seen Kiddy Grade.)

EDIT: Oh, Tetsuko in like the second dub or something. Nah, Marcy Bannor is Tetsuko to me.

Might need to add this to the original post her discord ID and confirmation from herself that its connected to her Twitter. GG morons~~

I had my suspicions that Marchi may have played a bigger role because showing a few tweets from her in the initial complaint didn't make any sense. It honestly makes more sense now who's leading which actions.

Defamation: Jaime Marchi and Ron Toye
Tortious Interference: Ron Toye
Civil Conspiracy: Most likely Monica Rial, since she's worked with Rooster Teeth and the other websites who published the hit pieces.

Naaah I believe Sabat is the true puppet master behind this as he wants to be god among fans and colleagues by ridding Vic. I hope he looks at that crunchyroll award he won for Allmight every night feeling the poison of guilt rotting him from the inside and into his nightmares then making them a reality check~

I agree that Sabat is the mastermind behind most of this stuff but given with what's only available in the 1st round, it seems like they all split up their duties.

Monica is hip deep in the TI too. Ron may have been doing the communicating, but he was threatening KC with Monica pulling out unless they breached their contract with Vic. A claim that he was just going out on a limb by himself and couldn't manage that isn't going to fly seeing as in fact she did exactly that when they changed their mind and upheld the contract with Vic after all.

Interference with any or all of the other cons would also involve her where appropriate.

There's also Todd Haberkorn Gaiden to remember to. The speculation is that it's just against Thotmore for defamation, but we have to remember the tantrum Monica threw at ZenkaiCon. It's highly probable that nothing will come of it, but who knows?

You're both gonna look mighty silly when Iago is revealed as @LordKaT.
And I'll be laughing at you when we discover it's @ShortRound

I haven't forgotten that little angle in HaberGaiden. I placed an earmark on that in case something came up in regards to more people involved besides Pridemore and Sheehan (you know his butt is getting deposed).

Being sloppy with the gay ops is okay with Marchi as long as she wins, and she will because history tends to side with the right people at the right time right? Right. She will just ask the judge to be on the right side of history and this is his civil rights movement moment. It's like not jailing Rosa Parks for him and history will accept him in her loving arms and be fondly remembered for all time.

you could argue replacing Monica's role as May Chang with someone else could be jarring.
Hard disagree. Replacing Monica would be a welcome blessing. What's jarring is hearing her screechy nails on chalkboard voice in an otherwise perfect dub. She was better using her lower range in the original FMA as Dante.

Edit: wrong thread

If you check through the comments, there were people already hating her for Prison School for a couple of years now, so she's not exactly the most well-liked person among the weebs. And unlike with Monica's MAL page, no one's trying to white-knight her/hide the "hate" comments.

EDIT: This should be considered child abuse.

I always get annoyed by this thought that Character = VA. You fuckers are interchangeable at best, you know who really can say they’re this character? The japanese VA

& The fucking creator:

(He wears a mask because he’s shy)
On top of narcissism, I think any time they say this, they think of it in the same vein as Steve Blum = Spike Spiegel because of how iconic the man is to the character. Yeah, Koichi Yamadera was Spike first, but even the Japanese creators/producers approved of Blum as Spike, and Cowboy Bebop is the definitive golden dub everyone wants to be like.

FUNimation attracts giant egos, and only very few of them can be considered iconic to their roles, but that's a giant IF and it depends heavily on who you ask, and a lot of the dubs iconic to FUNimation actually had other dubs. Fullmetal Alchemist is another one where people can't imagine various characters without their dub actors (Alphonse had to be the unfotunate exception, and luckily Mazey Whitehead was a good choice to replace Aaron Dismuke), and only the weebiest of weebs watched the sub and never touched the dub. Hilariously enough, Jamie and Monica were in Brotherhood, but you could argue replacing Monica's role as May Chang with someone else could be jarring. Jamie's isn't because who the hell knows who Rebecca Catalina is? I had to look that character up.

This is why I believe Kame's tweet when he said this:

I totally believe Jamie and Monica have a petty jealousy towards Vic in terms of his notoriety and how iconic he is as various characters in anime circles. I think outside of Panty & Stocking, you'd have to look really hard to even try and find which role(s) made Jamie famous. Monica has more under her belt than Jamie, yet I don't know what made Monica "famous" outside of Ghost Stories, I suppose. If it was Bulma that got her noticed by fans, she's only been Bulma since they dubbed Kai back in... fuck, I think 2010? That was nine years ago, but the original FMA was dubbed back in 2004, I believe.

So instead of fawning and shrieking "Notice me, sempai, kyaaa~" they've been going down the John Tucker Must Die route. The movie of which had this to say:

Classy.
Sean Schemmel is probably the biggest offender of this type of pettiness. He's been quiet, but liking all the KV stuff. He plays the damn main character of the hottest dubbed anime right now and he's probably the least liked out of all of the VAs.

Is this whole "I voiced this character in some dub therefore I AM that character" a thing in the US? None of the Japanese VAs do that shit (except Tooru Furuya, but he voices Amuro in Case Closed so you can't really blame him for trying to impress the fujoshit tribe). I mean, sure some of them do cosplay and/or perform on-stage in character, but they're all obligated to do it.

Then we have two unattractive swine whores hosting an adult-themed event because they voiced two sluts in a sort of funny anime (I mean the Japanese original). It's just… goddamn.

Not "I AM THE CHARACTER" but instead "I am iconic to the character". To go outside of anime, think Mark Hammil as the Joker and Kevin Conroy as Batman. Those voices are iconic to those characters, when you think of them you think of those voices. Similar thing in Anime with characters such as Edward Elric, voiced by Vic Mignona.
