Hey now, let's give Robert Pattinson a chance. People didn't wanted Heath Ledger to play the Joker in The Dark Knight and he turned out a fantastic performance. So let's hope the same thing happens to him.

Not kidding, Robert Pattinson is a great actor.
If you haven't seen Good Time, Lost City of Z, Cosmopolis, or High Life, go do so now. He really came into his own. (with Good Time being my favorite Crime Thriller since Drive.) He even admitted he did Twilight for the money and pusy, which to be fair, you'd do the same thing if you were offered that.
If you still won't see a movie just because he was in Twilight, then you're a twat.

Pattinson is also going to be the lead in Christopher Nolan's Tenet, releasing next year. If that movie ends up performing well, it will lead to a lot of hype for the Batman movie coming out the following year.

I am of the opinion that nobody hates or has ever hated those movies than the people involved in them, especially Pattinson. Don't blame him for taking the money, but I think he blames himself for it

Okay, out of all those movies I'd say Cosmopolis is one that shouldn't be on that list, because that movie was boring, up it's own ass (even for a David Cronenberg movie) and Pattinson looked like he was either sleep walking or just bored himself. So, yeah that movie didn't really help when he wanted to prove that he can be a good actor.
