Overall, people are tunnel visioning on the defamation. I mean yes it's a a major part of the suit, but people are forgetting two different species of tortoise interference and civil conspiracy.

Stuff like the POS comment does occassionally unsettle me since its a pretty grim reminder that the law is ultimately subject to interpretation by the people practicing it. Obviously there's no way around that dynamic, but it is rather disturbing sometimes.
