Has Frank ever owned a home before? (Obviously there's no reason even to ask about John.) Being a first time homeowner is stressful beyond belief, and I can't imagine it'll be easier when you're in your 50s and married to a shrieking ghoul with low class tastes that carry high class prices. I look forward to John's tweetstorm the first time a pipe bursts and he's forced to confront why houses are inspected before sale in the first place.

John will probably somehow cause vastly expensive damages to the house, rendering it worthless or nearly worthless, fucking with the electrical system or some other dumb destructive bullshit.

Can't wait for the Mississippi white-trash upgrades to show the neighbors that the new owners are classy. I'm guessing that the property lines will soon be marked with half-buried, whitewashed tires or broken bowling pins.

It being John, it would be more like he'd try to replace the furnace filter, and instead of doing that, somehow manages to short-circuit the furnace, blow out the furnace, fry the electrical wiring in the whole house, and burn half the house down.

And somehow blame white males for it.

Only if you’re an idiot or attempting to buy the house of your dreams which, if it has a septic tank, then it’s not the house of your dreams.

It’s not exhausting and you have to be stupid to be so worn down by the process to sign anything. Any major problem I’d say fuck it, let the house go. There’s enough inventory out there now to get a decent deal even in hot markets which Deadham really isn’t. Most houses don’t go for over list price and the avg price is $550k which, while not cheap, isn’t that bad for an average.
