Sigh.. Amanda never gives up the (disabled) ghost does she? so many years of her life have been wasted dedicated to this Autistic/ mental illness scam. It isn't even a real scam anymore, she isn't getting documentaries made bout her life or interviews with on air personalities. All she gets is a shitty apartment and a cheque only a few hundred above welfare.

True, but if she fesses up now, she won't even have that. Her illnesses are all she has. She has crafted her entire identity around them. Everybody would rightfully be angry and I don't think she'd be able to handle the negative attention.

It's a bit ironic considering her need to be seen as ill is her one real illness and it's ruined her life.

yeah she still plays it up but she mostly focuses on the medical issues and physcal issues more so then being autistic and DD, she still mentions it but its not the main fous but yeah she wont give it up, its disturbing, and i also cannot understand the fear of people who wont speak up and expose her ! there is evidence on evidence that she has been faking and putting on , exactly ! being disabled does not have much in wayof positive bennies, a lil ol' ssi check , life on the fringe, the margins of society, and a crappy apartment is not a quality of life

well.... yeah and the other ironic bit is, by default, she is very ill, because to do this crap, it is clear she is ill, shes got major mental illness, personality disorders, munchies, ect. so even if she fessed up, shed still be seen as mentally ill... just not so much disabled, but being as very mentally ill as she is, shed still get ssi and a crappy apartment... but she might also get much overdue mental health help she DOES NEED

This is what I think.. being exposed is unlikely because there is little interest from anyone about her and the validity of her conditions. This is going to go on until she ends up killing herself by developing some type of medical complication like what happened with the feeding tube infection from trying to appear ''sicker''. If she has diabetes already from her massive weight gain I can bet she won't be managing it properly. She is doomed. It never had to be this way ut this is what she wanted for herself.

i agree, it still would be good to expose her and show society what she did and the ultimate price she is paying and will paybecause she MADE herself like that on purpose, yep i heard / saw aboutt he feeding tube... eeeeewwwwwww !! LOL yes, she has these now irriversable issues and has ruined any chance ofa quality life BY CHOICE, but yes you are absolutely right, she will pay for it on her own as she will likely die fromt his stuff, because shes now got some legit health issues and disabilities that willget worse, because of what SHE DID and caused , she is a good cautionary tale though, to show people, hey, heres what can happen if you tempt fate, if you think being disabled and ill, is a perky thing to be or it has gains---- no, it does not

oh who knows, maybe not feces, but amanda is not the cleanest of people just poor hygiene and bad housekeeping spreads germs and infection, so it was easy to get actually ill that way, ans of course she blames her poor hygiene and housekeeping on her ''disabilities'' and i know this because she told me directly this a few times when i knew her
 
I can't stop thinking about the Baggs case lately, maybe because I watched ''The act'' for the last few months but I am still dumbfounded by it all. I tried to look for the Sanjay video interview but It's still no where to be found. By the end of the 2000's it seemed people were catching onto Amanda being a fraud based on some old blog posts I found but they were threatened by her supposed ''lawyer'' and back tracked. Amanda was a munchie that got pretty far into the game of con, I think we all forget her documentary and media attention. There are plenty of munchies on the farms and none of them have ever managed to swing that.

i see what you are saying, the act, is amazingly done, that was a ''by proxy'' case, amanda was and still is self inflicting munchie, yeah she was in a few magazines, and she was in 2 interviews / short docs, and i used to have them both on tape, i taped it for a advocacy group...but wheni found out she was a faker... on top of thatshe insulted me up anddown, so i got angry and threw out the vhs tape....

yes supposedly she had a lawyer, and what get s me too, is how afraid people are to make vids on yuotube or such andreacttoher or talk about her andexpose her.... i seen so many stuff where people do various armature docs, as well as stream and talk, or reacts ,and people i talked to personally are afraid to, im dont see the problem, she made her bed, she needs to lay in it, her doings has majorly hurtthe disabled community big time because of her and folks like her, it makes being heard and believed that much harder for legit bonified disableds... so yes she does need to be outed ,

Yes it was a by proxy case but the attention seeking behavior is so similar. Amanda wanted to shock people - to be the sickest, most disabled, most autistic person ever yet with a remarkable ability to communicate with a computer.

I still remember catching the Amanda documentary on T.V one day in 2008 and sensing something about it wasn't right. It was just a strange feeling, There was a scene where she was supposed to give a speech using the computer and ran off the podium out of her wheelchair and freaked out. Then saying something about ''having to chase shadows'''. It just seemed strangely staged.

yes, i rember that, at the time, while something was odd and off about it... i thought she was cool---because i have known people who were fairly severe disabled who did some aac communication tech, or signing, ect ( not talking about the FC thing, thats been proven to notbe the cluent talking ) but im talking about autonomous communication, yes i seen it, with legit disableds who were severe dd ect. but amanda.... once we knew more ofher story and her back stories and inconsistency ,it all came together... granted disabled people are not always '' consistent'' and peoples abilities and needs change with time and environment,....but....not l;ike hers

yes amanda was and still is al about the attention, needing the attention and sympathy ass-pats,
