nah... not death. death is a kindness and a sin.......Summed up to a tee. I think many of us can get behind that. Just like Vic got behind those 'poor victums'

No. Well yes and no. Police use this tactic to track phones being traded in drug deals, etc etc. This however is an overstep, and is now harassment and yes, criminal stalking.
Edit: It's also legal on the grounds if you were to track your child (note, -your- child.) This is why the GPS stuff is generally offered to public in the first place. Safety and security measures. But, this is criminal outright.
