Long answer:
No. He doesnt have friends, at all. No guy friends, nothing. The only instance of him mentioning having a (male) friend was in his books, iirc only Stones to Abbigale. Davis was used as a sad attempt at comic relief while making James/Greg feel better about himself, he killed the dude off at the end of the book and used his funeral to have the dudes mom talk about how much of a great guy Greg was while he also had a speech about himself.
It's also been said that Greg was a giant asshole in high school, coupled with how much his crazy mom turned him against his dad and the fact he's so insanely obsessed with one of the one guy who helped get him some notoriety. Shane was literally the closest he kind of had but I doubt he's ever had any guy friends, ever. Friends typically joke around, especially guys, I don't even think he'd handle the mundane quips me and my other girl friends hurl at each other.
To him he's the only man worth shit and mummy dearest cemented that into him. All his sexual conquests have taught him that women are expendable, the only ones worth anything to him but only if they provide some benefits (sex) and have the same ideologies. He literally stated he made a past gf go goth for him and put that in his book "This Is Why I Hate You". How many times has he been divorced again? One could be bad luck but more just screams his fault. Speaking of his wives he literally groomed most of them while they were underage before they could form their own opinions and made them conform to him. He doesn't let Lainey have many friends, if any, that he hasn't tried to get with.
Edit, also his videos were always geared towards girls, they liked his hair all those years ago and he wasn't ass ugly back then. Now he's like aged tard cum and just needs to be thrown outn
