It's my understanding they rushed like motherfuckers. Nick said something that suggests the new info was indeed all added.

They're getting sick and tired of the delays too. They didn't WANT to blue ball us, they just wanted to be a thorough as possible. This HAS to survive TCPA.

From all indication, the new evidence is all vastly helpful in that. Frankly, I'm sure the pleadings are already sufficient to withstand a TCPA (which is judged assuming all the plaintiff's factual claims to be true and construing the pleading in the light most favorable to the plaintiff) and actually fleshing it out with evidence, much less fully pre-authenticated evidence, is unnecessary, but any specific factual allegations supporting defamation and the other claims adds more nails to shut the coffin permanently.

TCPA didn't have a ghost of a chance in the first place but anything added means the plaintiff can sleep even easier.

The lawsuit is not a lie. The lawsuit is delicious and moist.

I'm enjoying raking through the poisonous muck that is the Kickvic side of twitter. Shane is attempting to spin The Beard's announcement as "We were in touch, but you have a legal team so never mind, we're not suing you."

Soye has been mum thus far, but was ruminating on what new vehicle to buy roughly 2 hours ago...

Rial has not said anything in a few hours, so not much to say there...
