Oh, goodness. I found this part amusing:

Evans has a platform and he's using it. But like a lot of straight white men seeking to consciously and conscientiously navigate a tumultuous moment in the history of straight white male-dom, he's learned that shutting up is important, too. At Slate's urging, he read Rebecca Solnit's The Mother of All Questions, a collection of essays about the insidious side effects of patriarchy, and took away a great deal. "You have to understand that you don't understand," he says. It's not the most action-heroish way to look at things — but that may be the secret of his appeal as a movie star.

But Chris Pratt is the Chris for people who enjoy life.
Star Lord > Thor or Cap, every day
I can't believe I forgot Chris Pratt :( Yes, Star Lord > Thor > Cap. I think he'll forgive me though because he's a cool guy like that.

Oh, goodness. I found this part amusing:
Maybe he should try shutting up a little harder so the rest of us didn't have to hear him.

Jesus christ these people are morons. Trump has been trying to get the report released since before it existed, these fuckwads say he's not exonerated, but can't even say what he's supposed to be exonerated of.

If Donald Trump called up Putin on his personal phone and said "Hey Putie Pie, I need a favor. Would you please hack Hillary Clinton's unsecured e-mail server and give anything you find to that stupid website with the various leaks" (Sorry I forgot the name)

Even if that exact turn of events played out, is any of that illegal? That's what pisses me off about this so much, after 2 years and 35 million, I don't know what the fuck the illegal thing that's supposed to have been done even is.

What he did was win an election. The question all along was how to make it illegal.

I think we've all come to the conclusion that Marvel has two Chrises who are infinitely more awesome and attractive than the one who acts like a high and mighty dumbass over political opinions.

I'm sure those who replied found some way to spend three paragraphs to avoid actually using the phrase "It's okay when we do it" while still expressing the sentiment.
“Extreme measures are necessary to stop the evil of Orange Man, once we have defeated him and killed all his supporters this genie will be easily placed back in the bottle.”

I wonder how truly pissed off CNN's and MSNBC's owners and shareholders are for having their people waste money and time on a scandal that didn't happen.

Matt Taibbi (one of the few people on the left who didn't go full on ripping hair out, smearing their own shits on the wall and drinking out of the toilet insane) has repeatedly explained this:

Basically the media tipped their hands early on in 2016 that they were down with a Trump Presidency because Trump was ratings and provided a HUGE boost to revenues and ratings.

But then as Trump got closer and closer to winning, the lunatic lefties started salting the earth and vowing horrific retribution to anyone who supported Trump in any way or who might have helped him become President. Faced with the lunatic left wanting to murder/destroy ANYONE that that they could accuse of having a hand in Trump's rise (and dealing with reporters who were blatantly breaking all known rules for how journalist were to operate, because "Trump was a threat that had to be stopped at any cost"), the media but especially the cable channels like CNN and MSNBC, came with a solution to let them have their cake and not be shot in the head by Antifas while eating it in public.

Basically, they went 100% all in on being anti-Trump. This let CNN and MSNBC continue to push Trump for ratings, while presenting all coverage with a shamelessly partisan, overt negative slant to it in order to keep the lunatic left at bay so they won't accuse the media of profiting off of Trump or "normalizing" Trump. Because they felt that the lunatic left might make up their stockholders and lynch them for making money off of Trump.

There is that airport video of Ginsberg. Could be authentic, though oddly unstable and brief. Also audio of her recent decisions is available. Wouldn't other justices know she's absent? Do they work in person or via phone? I am ignorant.

You can work from home (which is the line given by Ginsberg's people) but it's one of those things Supreme Court Justices tend to avoid because it draws unwarranted attention and speculation, if you call in sick and work exclusively from home for an extended period of time.

He just said the Democrats will have to decide to keep defrauding the public with their "bullshit". Holy fuck, I love this timeline!

While delivering an impassioned pitch to his supporters, President Donald Trump sought to draw contrasts with Democrats – which led to profanity.

CNN spinning in circles trying to fact check the speech. Their nitpick are predictably pathetic.

"While that may be try, here's why it's not."

They criticize the wall, claiming that it's not getting built, while leaving out Trumps announcement during the speech that in a couple weeks he'll give a live speech at, and tour of, newly constructed border wall.

Reading CNNs treasonous muck always feels so gross. People actually believe their sad spin?

"Without evidence"

Seriously? You're just gonna' keep shamelessly trying to push that shit even now? Give it a fucking rest already, geeze.

Weird how they want to prosecute a dude and quite possibly his entire family and everyone he knows without evidence, but Trump can't tweet without sourcing it more thoroughly than the average history thesis.

"That's true, but context is needed."

Even when he gets something right, they'll still get at him for it.
