On topic: The gun thing is so exceptional. The feminist movement should have been pro-gun since the sixties. It's insane to say "We want to be powerless and still not be attacked"... it's a Pollyanna utopian dream. Imagine if the feminist movement had latched onto the NRA rather than the black rights movement in the sixties and onward, how different and better the actual situation for women would have been.

While the Migrant Caravan is a few months old and this is late, I may as well post this because this comes from a man that may as well take video games too seriously while doing his own form of sperging against Trump. Spoilering these because they all have tits in them.
Tries to entertain the idea of Trump being the anti-christ. Seems somewhat standard and not too TDS but this is a man who makes the long post of @Jaimas sound less spergy in comparison.
What follows is a weak attempt to fight anti-semitism and racism against Latinos via pin up models.
Anti-Semites and racist wouldn't really give a shit if these ladies were "hot". More over on his attempt at sperging over Trump, he managed to make himself sound more of a careless pig simply by saying he'd welcome a migrant caravan if it had some women half as hot as a titty pin-up model.
Leaving a link to a forum that may as well of been my fisrt non-CWC lolcow so people can see this man's sperging not just on Trump but on other things if they are interested(tl;dr the forum is the personal hugbox of a VTMB modder that gotten so salty over fan patches of VTMB, mind you this man is in his 50's now. I believe this Stage of Grief is called "Bargaining". Once they get their hands on the almighty "Full Report" they will then seize on random censored name and demand the uncensored Full Report. Or just take things radically out of context. Or both.

Much as I'm not really into any part of the immigration debate, I would like to say that if one were to put this guys post out there with others welcoming the caravan, he'd no doubt get shit for it because of how much of a pig his last sentence makes him out to be.

I hate to come off as a Scott Adams dickrider, but his book puts into a lot of Trump's actions into perspective:
Intentional Wrongness
That's a persuasion technique. You saw Trump use the intentional wrongness persuasion play over and over, and almost always to good effect.
The method goes like this:
1. Make a claim that is directionally accurate but has a big exaggeration or factual error in it.
2. Wait for people to notice the exaggeration or error and spend endless hours talking about how wrong it is.
3. When you dedicate focus and energy to an idea, you remember it. And the things that have the most mental impact on you will irrationally seem as though they are high in priority, even if they are not. That's persuasion.

Trump and Nixon were very close friends in the late 1970s and 1980s (through mutual lawyer Roy Cohn). Nixon personally encouraged him to run for president and no doubt provided a wealth of insider knowledge and mentorship. Trump, for his part, seems to have learned from Nixon's impeachment how to not get sold out and trapped by your own political party.
