I feel what you're saying, but I think this assumes sheer incompetence on the journos side. I think they're really, really competent at their jobs. Its just unfortunate that their job is to spin the narrative that they want to spin. Nobody reading their shit is going to come to Kiwi Farms and check to see if we're a bunch of incels wanking each other off and these journalists know that. Their job isn't to report the news; its to tell you what the news is and how you should feel about it.

They'll do whatever it takes to spread their particular brand of autism, even if it means playing into the hands of a mass murderer.

I agree with that too, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle of both of our posts, there are the ones as you said are out to push a narrative, truth be damned and there are the ones who unbeknownst spread the narrative by echoing what they read in other reports and assuming it gospel.

That's definitely a fair assessment. I still sit here sometimes and go, "Who the fuck thinks like this?" Whenever I see journos blatantly calling Count Dankula a literal Nazi, or seeing people call Ben Shapiro a Nazi, or trying to say that Donald Trump is a fucking white nationalist hero. Western countries are literally adopting sedition laws like what we saw out of the First World War. I'm in Yankeestan and seriously wonder when this shit will start to creep my way.

I much preferred it when the biggest thing we had to worry about was who was sucking ole' Bill's dick in the oval office.

edit edit: in fact, he's going to ACTUALLY head the manifesto and host both the original and the translated to japanese version for everyone to enjoy. do you think a country that couldn't give less of a fuck about being politically correct, holds grudges, and is xenophobic, will NOT do this to reinforce their stance on politics in general? shit, they'll probably air the live stream in it's entirety on live television uncensored.

He's unlikely to still be Prime Minister by June so it's more about giving the appearance of doing something. He desperately needed a distraction in the lead up to our election in May and this will give him one for a little while.

The first few pages of this thread are pretty unsettling, a few people are actually justifying slaughter based on the politics/beliefs of the victims. Not sure if people don't know or are conveniently forgetting whenever it suits them but people aren't politics, and most people are simple individuals wanting to live a normal life. It's okay to criticize a culture or even shit on it if you want but deshumanizing large groups of people (millions, or billions in this case) and casting them into an abstract boogieman (fueled by spending more time on /pol/ than with everyday people) is foolish and part of what made the dumb memelord throw away his life to end others for no reason at all. It's not like he changed anything in terms of demographics, the only impact he could have would be a massive blowback against his own "ideology" (although it's more of a hateboner than an ideology he truly believes in)
