Yup. The rest of the list is pretty easy, especially if you aren't too too worried about your pushup form, but 20 pullups? He either:
A) Does them one at a time (5%)
B) Doesn't know what a pull-up is (25%)

I've been going to the gym for the past 3.5 years pretty regularly (3-4 times a week) and while I cannot boast some incredible gains, I've changed my diet, lost a reasonable amount of weight/body fat and I can do 10 correct pull ups. And it's been hard work getting there.
I wouldn't be surprised if old hotlips bought the pull up bar just so he could lie to people he can do pull ups.

Russ probably can't even properly grab the pull-up bar with his deformed fingers. He could genuinely be in great shape but can't do pull-ups because his fingers are fucked up.
