It's weird that Monica is getting so vocal all of a sudden. Could there be something going on behind the scenes, or this is just a madwoman lashing out on her last legs? Alternatively, could she be so ignorant of how the law works that she's just assuming "I haven't received a deposition a week later, so there may be no lawsuit"?

Seems too low effort trolling imo, wouldn't be surprised if these are socks. Notice the overuse of the # and nonsensical attempts at gotchas.
