The ease that he could have spun it into a positive is what makes this trashfire such a sight to witness, all he had to do was say "yup, that's what happens when you lose a 100lbs very quickly, something not many people are able to do even with the help of trainers." He could have literally pulled a "It's my tiger stripes and there's nothing to be ashamed of" with it and avoided all this.
