I'm planning an update to the OP tonight. Just waiting to see if something drops today as its the last business day before the weekend. Gonna add Haberkorn, Ron Toye and Pridemore to the main cast, gonna change the archive links to the full archive database of the twitter accounts. I kinda want to add Shane to the list too, but I am thinking he is probably just a Sped with delusions of grandeur. Anything else you guys think needs to go in?

Honestly, I would bet you anything that the bar is used to receiving a higher number of complaints during a high-profile or high-visibility legal battle. They probably even get idiots screeching autisticly over shit they've seen on Court TV.
I'm sure they react appropriately.
Shane is definitely a cow, but I think he's insane and is going to be a bit player in all this. I predict, if he keeps getting BTFOed, he might warrant his own thread in the future. The shoe and chair memes are just too prolific. The A-Kon thing, etc.
Only advice I could give right now is to include the Haberkorn GFM, which should be going up tonight.

The logic that people have when doing this is very interesting. If you know that the majority of sexual assault cases do get reported and the assailant gets charged, why don’t they report it? They know that the likehood is that the dude will go to jail.
Meanwhile, Ron’s back on Twitter talking about there being stuff that we not Nick know about. You know, this thing he apparently doesn’t know about called discovery. Something that Nick has talked about over and over and over again.

I don’t think Shane is mentally wired to do anything anonymously. Give the fucking retard this much, he lives his pathetic life out in the open making sure everyone gets the full Shane. He is hard wired for self promotion.
If such a police report exists it likely does not name Vic. It is probably “someone touched my but in the crowd” at an anime convention. The Police did the appropriate level of investigation regarding a “someone touched my butt at the an8me convention” which is to dump the report in the annual “fucking weebs” file, and get rip roaring drunk in an attempt to kill off the memories of working weebcon.
No, it’s more likely the Kevin Spacey Effect. The really compelling actors aren’t actually acting. They are simply psychotic assholes being themselves.

Everyone but Soye has (probably) lawyered up and stopped making public statements. Marchi might slip up, she is still engaging with trolls on twitter about her GoFundMe. Shane is probably a red herring, he is full of shit but if it turns out that he was actually conspiring with the defendants it will be very very bad because he is dangerously stupid. Nick

I'm new to this board as a result of a Vic search a few weeks back, but been following it for a while, especially Rackets' streams. Loving what you folks are doing here.
With all the Shane lols, I'd love to see him named in the case, and that poor chair included as part of his judgement.
Vic then gifts the chair to Nick, who puts up another GFM to refurbish the poor thing as a means of restoring it's life, hopes and dreams. You know, the full-on Extreme Makeover treatment - complete with incremental photos on twitter, perhaps even a stream cataloging the process. We would get be a part of the journey as it unfolds.
It could even become his new streaming chair, as this all comes full circle. A true hero story.

I'm pressing X to doubt on ANY of them having lawyered up. Some of them have simply been beat to shit by their own stupidity and can't keep up anymore.
Vic won't be at Con-munity. Only Nick. They gave Nick a panel that will run today and tomorrow.

I don't know about Caitlin, but I did notice her mom Helen Glass commented on Jessie Pridemore's original accusation Facebook post. Helen said she had known Vic for 15 years and was shocked because she'd never seen him do anything like what he's accused of, but that she absolutely believed these women's stories. Because listen and believe > your own eyes and ears.

Anyway, I'm calling bullshit on that claim that Douglas already served time for his ladies' room incident. I couldn't find any criminal records which would back this up and there's no gaps in his filmography which would suggest that he was incarcerated for 3 years.

I doubt it. Monica would be telling Soye to shut the fuck up because whatever he's saying would essentially compromise her as well. Something tells me that none of these people have lawyered up, especially considering that they keep re-iterating this "25+ woman legal team" that can only confirm that Vic and the accusers were in the same place at the same time, and not whether they were actually sexually assaulted or not. They've said so much on the internet for a month now.

Even if they haven't lawyered up, Funimation almost definitely has, and they have almost definitely pulled them aside and told them to shut the fuuuuuuuuck up. That would explain the silence out of most of them.
Hell, Funimation was confirmed by someone to have been watching Nick's videos on the whole mess and if that includes any of their C levels or even Directors et all that aren't lolcows, heck mabye even their counsel (which Nick specifically mentioned by name repeatedly), well, again, I would be surprised if Funimation hasn't pulled the Texas Clique aside and told them to shut up shut up for the love of god and all that is holy shut the fuck up.

At best they have spoken to the Funimation lawyers, or rather been interviewed by the Funimation lawyers, in the mistaken belief that they are somehow clients of said lawyers or protected by them. Although quite frankly given what a pack of rampaging narcissists these morons were, if any lawyers went anywhere near them we would already be getting the “haha! My lawyers better than yours” shit. At best I think a few of them may be simply laying low.
