It’s unattractive on everyone.
All of these people are unfortunate looking and are worsening their PCOS by not managing their weight. Except the sihk girl, I guess she could pass not shaving as a religious choice? Her weight is normal and not shaving really isn’t going to contribute to her PCOS severity, so she’s a step above the others. She’d not be so bad if she toned her narcissism down.

Yeah shit tonnes of body hair on men is just as nasty.
But at least they can just roll with it and say “I’m a hairy guy, whatever” and society just shrugs. As opposed to having to spend tonnes of money every month getting painful all-over waxes just to be normal.
I feel bad for these girls, I know someone with PCOS who got beat up by a man who thought she was MtF because no matter how she shaved and applied makeup, she couldn’t hide her five o’clock shadow.
I agree with ComputerWife though, weight control would definitely ease the symptoms for these people.
