I suppose I just don't see Chris having the wherewithal to get himself set up after Barb kicks it, especially since he's been counting on the merge to solve all his problems. I honestly think, Chris will be ok and his one uncle (the eye doc) will set things up for him, now with auto pay etc he can take care of Chris for maybe an hour a month of work. He seems like while detached a good person from all we've heard from Chris and others. Family is family even if it's chris clicking pay rent, pay power bill and staying away from Chris other wise wouldn't be something I'd put past him.

Honestly, if someone (sec8 or random person) gives Chris a blessing for rent and he pays on time he will be ok to get an apt.

And either that will happen or he'll go back to some church like Rocky's church and they'll put him somewhere. Eventually he'll end up on some Section 8 list and maybe a couple years after that get some subsidized housing. David the eye doctor is Chris's half-brother from Bob's previous marriage, not his uncle. David never seemed close to the Chandlers when Bob was alive (Bob didn't know he was a grandfather until David's kid was nine years old), and the last time Chris is known to have spoken to him was at Bob's funeral almost eight years ago. I doubt David would feel any kind of familial obligation to Chris.
