I noticed that too. I don't find anything weird with that because Kero locked his account. If Parker unfollows he won't see Kero's tweets anymore (unless Kero adds him back).So did none of y'all notice that he's still following Kero the Wolf?

You're welcome. Those are all the accounts I can find for now. Apparently, Paco is a known cub artist but he gets away with it because his art looks innocent and is SFW, despite the undertones.
He does follow a lot of NSFW cub accounts on his Twitter too.
He follows Oselotti, Salmy, Wagner, and Pent too.
EDIT:
I noticed that. At first I thought it was because he's following back fans. I find it odd now since he follows cub artists.

Did those 2 accounts go by any other name at some point? Looking through the Mega file and I don't see them there. It might be worth to see if they have an FA/DA page as well.

Paco goes by Panda_Paco or PandaPaco on social media. He has a webcomic called Art&Biro, or ArtBiro.
WagnerMutt goes by WagnerMutt on all social medias too. He has a GameDev team called CalangoDev. WagnerMutt's nicknames are Wagner, Wag, Wags, WM, Dog or Mutt if that helps identify any of his other possible profiles.

To be honest Scootaloo Loves Sans is a decent animation nemer.

I took screenshots of Oselotti's IB. The Halloween art in his favorite was drawn by a cub artist. Archive only saved the SFW portions of his IB.
Let's give Parker the benefit of the doubt with Oselotti. Oselotti never says he draws cub or shota. To me, the characters look awfully young and childish.
But you be the judge.
The archive only saved mobile version of the accounts Parker was following but it does not show Oselotti or Pent. I was able to verify a few different ways.

Parker's comment did rub me the wrong way because of the characters in the comic do appear young/have chibi proportions. The artist is sixteen and does not follow any cub accounts. I'm sure it's just a stylistic choice. With Paco and Oselotti's artwork, I could tell that they like and drew cub just by looking at their artwork. It gives off a certain vibe.
I don't want to look too deep into it or accuse Parker of doing anything wrong here. Parker does interact with fans and is friendly with them. I feel like he can do a better job with not encouraging his younger audience to draw him kink art or draw ship art of him with Sonic (who is canonically 15). There are Youtubers who disencourage shipping and NSFW fan art (Markiplier and Jacksepticeye comes to mind) and it's not like Parker would be disrespecting his fans or anything.
They've only interacted twice. They are mutually following each other. Archive.

Following up on this with some preliminary findings.
Archive - DozingFowl's DA where she states she's 15
Archive - Ellisa Meyers. No age listed but presumed to be young based on the art style. Nothing really " wrong " w this pic persay but a lot of cub art usually involves furries in boxers.
YT Video - Vanilla_TheNeko does not want to give her age. Again, based on her art style, I presume YOUNG
