So a huge stretch, but what if Queen Waggins is the one gifting the subs?
  • She promised to donate a large amount for X-mas.
  • She has never tipped directly (as far as I'm aware), probably to stay anonymous.
  • She is a huge attention whore. (look at all the attention emerald_seven is getting on here and on Twitter)
  • She doesn't give a damn about Dave's financial situation so it doesn't matter to her if Twitch gets half the money.
She only would've need to let the cat out of the bag on Christmas to get all the satisfaction she desires and "to show the detractors".

Princess wouldn't hide his identity to gift 700 subs and risk having nobody believe that he did it. Besides, I don't think you get any super special badge for being a sub gifter and i'm sure princess would much rather upgrade his cheer badge to show that's he's top bitch.

If that's the case then I genuinely hope that the detractor loses the chargeback attempt as punishment for being stupid enough to do it in the first place. Who the fuck risks 3500 dollars on a troll attempt?
 
The ride never ends. I would say at this point that anyone who still gives him money was probably one of his parents in disguise, but their prob ashamed of him tbh.

I'm just amazed that Twitch encouraged this one guy to make burner alts so he could gift more money to make his peepee hard since Tips last longer attentionwise. That's literally the scummiest thing I've heard and pretty much why I consider the site AIDS and prefer other stream methods.

Sure. Imagine what would happen if people found out they could gift 1000 subs and then immediately yoink them back. Twitch's "stock" would plummet. If Twitch was a small company, it might be an issue, but they're big enough after being bought by Amazon that they can afford to eat the cost of the occasional chargeback without passing it on.
 
It's mind blowing to me that they hold payment for 2 months but wont take it from the streamer if it ends up being straight up credit card fraud. it opens them up to all sorts of abuse. How could you tell if someone is being "trolled" or in one some scam with a shady character????
