The most baffling thing to me is that she not only has to eat enough to maintain her 550+ weight, she is also eating enough to put weight on. I don't think she will get to 600lbs in the next six months, but if she keeps going this way, next Christmas she will be 600lbs.

She’ll be bedbound soon. We are already seeing the first signs. Her weight gain will skyrocket.
