In high school I played a prank on a teacher by throwing her keys in the trash can nearby.

Didn't even get caught... Until I felt guilty and told her on Facebook that i saw someone else do it. Wound up serving jailtime and community service for it. Most everyone I talked to about it laughed at the teacher's expense and said they overreacted.
