Apparently someone trying to pretend that an ad for a fictional movie is real (I think they were pretending that the ad for their fictional movie appeared in the break this was taken from, which had two ads for Disney DVDs, but the movies were live-action, not animated). And the show in question (PB&J Otter) is aimed at preschoolers.

He's made some good videos but I can't bring myself to like him. He strikes me as someone who always has a middle-of-the-road milquetoast opinion on everything and thinks everyone who has a different point of view is crazy.
If we lived in the 1600s and someone were to ask him what he thinks of witch-hunts he'd probably say "Yeah, burning them seems a bit harsh, maybe we could just drown them or something".

edit: again, I think Quint's got issues many of the same issues as Adam of YMS, where he's good at retrospective videos or ones strictly about schlock, but the monent he decides to discuss something with a more "varied" critical reception (such as Star Wars 8 ) or makes something where he injects a lot of his personal opinions (like his PewDiePie vs. T-Series video), the spergy demon reveals itself
