If this is the Robin Hood movie I saw advertised a few months ago (and not once since then), the studio might be leaving it to die because they know they have a Ghostbuster 2016 level bomb on their hands.

The trailer is full of antifa imagery, diversity characters, explosions, and while I didn't notice it in the trailer I saw, I can believe Bob when he says it goes all in on marxist "distribute the wealth!" nonsense.

I didn't notice any Antifa shit, just Eggsy cosplaying as Garrett from Thief. Diversity hiring in Robin Hood flicks happened all the way back in the Kevin Costner movie (which is mostly ok, because Morgan Freeman affecting a middle eastern accent and saying Chris-tee-an is funny to me). I think more than anything Bob is trying to read an "important" message into a dumb, farted out action movie.

It's called the scientific method because science is not a thing, it's a process. One of the best definitions I heard is that a scientific field is valid if it can predict things. "If we do X, Y will happen." Bob seems to think science is a career you choose, a thing you buy off the shelf, or a god that gives you gadgets. It's like those old monster movies where you have a guy in a lab coat who is "an expert in science".

It's also worth noting that Poland also took in refugees from Ukraine during the 2014-15 Russian Intervention, by that I mean actual refugees and not migrants that Bob wants as cheap labour. This basically confirms the point I've made a handful of times that Bob sees science as "literally magic", possibly from watching too many shit sci-fi stories.
