That's false. The lolsuit was done pro boner by some solicitors' firm.
He went to St. Simon Stock Catholic School, which is not private, though it's definitely middle class. Presumably it's for middle class kids too dumb to get into grammar school. I think he's from Chatham, which is 'lower middle class' to 'working class', rather than rich.
