I remember when I bought my Lekue microwave steamer (a German product) it came with a cookbook and I was shocked at how comparatively small the serving sizes are to American food. And I think that is also part of the plethora of problems she has, she has no clue what an actual serving is of anything because she is so used to resurant size helpings
