It amazes me how fat people have shitty taste in food.

I'd imagine she doesn't actually taste much at all. It's a common problem especially when you grow up on shitty, super salted, super sweet, super chemical'd up food. You lose that sense of subtlety in flavor and just want food loaded with spices. Like try switching from standard US loaf bread that's enriched with fructose corn syrup to just plain old bread that the rest of the world eats, it'll taste like nothing to you at first.

Anyhow, I want to tap out again. Come on, can she not eat fast food for one whole day? and you know that's just the first part of an off camera 10 course meal. As we've already seen she can't walk more than 2 minutes at a time, so if Becky wasn't hauling her around and doing food runs she might actually lose a little weight just because the food is too far away.

PS It's a shame Eric might have to be Euthenized... Goddamnit Becky.

I'm 99% sure that 820 calorie number is for just one serving, so probably half the sandwich. At least she had the willpower to not immediately eat the mess and crumbs off her shirt. Save those for later gorl.
